Many atc exchanges so that is what I am mostly doing, although a few holiday projects are in the works and I am anxious to get them finished.
The theme of these atc's is Turkey Time and I was running out of time to get them done so they are not quite as nice as I would have liked, but when you rush into these things, they don't always come out the way you hoped. Nevertheless, I did the best I could with only days to go. I feel like it is cheating if I use stickers, but I found out early that I cannot draw or paint a turkey to save myself, so as a last resort decided to use these and work around them.

These are a 3 for 3 atc exchange at the store where I work. I enjoy making these little pieces of art and although I didn't think I would enjoy the theme of "Circles", I found that I actually did. I guess it's just a question of getting started and letting things happen. In the end they turn out as they should.

Am thinking about gifts and decided to make this byzantine bracelet for someone. Just in case she should see this blog I won't name names. Anyhow, I had almost forgotten how to make it, but it turned out to be like anything else you leave for awhile. It comes back.
Sometimes we don't know the effect someone elses kindness has on us till a later date. I recently had a friend offer to teach me a technique at her home and we had a leisurely dinner and got to work. I have been playing with the technique ever since and today I did something quite unique. I hope to post a picture when I am done, but I realized how important we sometimes are to someone else when we least expect it. Thank you for time spent with me. You will never know the magnitude of that gesture.

Life, always a challenge. This is good as we grow from our challenges, but sometimes they just frustrate me and when I don't want to spend an hour trying to find out why I'm not smart enough to get past it, I give up. That is why there are no new posts till now. It's been a real challenge but I am reaching my goal of figuring out this computer and how to get my pictures from one place to another. Although I don't have it down pat just yet. I know soon I will be able to do it in my sleep, but until then...........
This is an image of a 4 X 4 exchange coming up called "Leafin it all up to you". It didn't photograph well due to it's soft pale nature, but scanned much better. It still does not give off some of the details as they were embossed in clear on top and the only way to see that is in person. Oh well, we live and we learn, we hope.
